CONSENT TO USE IMAGES – PUBLICITY

1. I/we grant Kumon, the right to use our names/work samples/photograph/image/audio recording/video recording and likeness in all forms and manner (Image) for the purpose of media (as defined below) publicity, general display or for any other purposes in whole or in part, including but not limited to publication on internet, broadcast and any other publications as released to or by Kumon, digital or otherwise, for all domestic or foreign markets, or throughout the world (Publication).

   • Brochure
   • Banner
   • Poster
   • Radio production
   • Television / Video
   • Full photo library use
2. I/we waive any interest that we may have in the copyright to the Image now or at any future time. I/we also acknowledge that we are not entitled, nor shall in the future be entitled, to receive any payment or consideration in respect of it and agree to make no claim against Kumon for any payments for the Publication or the Image.
3. I/we understand Kumon cannot control unauthorised use of the Image by persons not associated with Kumon upon the Publication of the Image. I/we forever waive any right to inspect or approve any Publication of the Image by Kumon. I/we release and indemnify Kumon from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the Publication of the Image, including but not limited to action for defamation, breach of privacy, or copyright.
