CONSENT TO USE IMAGES – TRAINING

1. I/we grant Kumon, the right to use our names/work samples/photograph/image/audio recording/video recording and likeness in all forms and manner (Image) for the Purpose (as defined below).
   
   “Purpose” means the training of Kumon instructors, including but not limited to internal training delivered at or through:
   
   • Kumon Franchisee Mentoring Groups;
   • Monthly Franchisee Meetings;
   • National Instructors' Conference; and
   • In-house publications, resources and instructor portals;
   and which may involve storage and/or publication on Kumon's internal networks and internet portals (whether hosted on domestic or offshore servers, but which shall be access-restricted to Kumon instructors) (Publication).
2. I/we waive any interest that we may have in the copyright to the Image now or at any future time. I/we also acknowledge that we are not entitled, nor shall in the future be entitled, to receive any payment or consideration in respect of it and agree to make no claim against Kumon for any payments for the Publication or the Image.
3. I/we understand Kumon cannot control unauthorised use of the Image by persons not associated with Kumon upon the Publication of the Image. I/we forever waive any right to inspect or approve any Publication of the Image by Kumon. I/we release and indemnify Kumon from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the Publication of the Image, including but not limited to action for defamation, breach of privacy, or copyright.
